お久しぶりにブログ書いてみようかと(・∀・)

最近のわたしは・・・・・ＳＭＡＰの解散話に心を痛めております。。。。

実は、ずっとファンだったんですよ・・・小学校３年生から・・・・。

ＣＤは全部買ってたし、LIVEだって言ってたし。

大好きなback numberを知ったのも、中居くんの音楽番組がきっかけだし・・・。

わーーーーー(T_T)

と、なっていますが、答えが出るのはまだ先なようなので、静かに見守りたいと思います。

・・・・何の話。

ということで、最近の私の話ではなく、最近私の行った海の話をしましょう！！

月曜の祝日に獅子浜に行ってきましたー♪♪

お昼ご飯は、いつものお弁当屋さんがやってなかったので、特別に「しらす丼」を用意してもらって、みんなモリモリ食べ、５人で６合、しらす1.2㌔を食しました(・∀・) ビックリ

そういえば、もう来週は【新年会＆２０周年ツアー】ですね！！！

ここが潜り初めの方も多いかもしれないですが、１２月に比べると気温も低そうなので・・・・

【冬のダイビングにあったら確実にいいもの！！ＢＥＳＴ３！！】

３位！ニット帽！

水中もそうですが、陸上でも髪の毛が濡れたまま風をあびると寒いですからね。

２位！！軍手！！

１００円均一でいいです！コンビニでも！できれば、手のひら側にいぼいぼでもいいからゴムが付いてるタイプだと、水がしみにくいです。セッティングの時、器材の片づけの時にあったら絶対に違います！！！！

１位！！！ネックウォーマー！！！

セッティング、器材の片づけの時、休憩中、とにかく首を守ると暖かいですよ(・∀・) ！！！こちらは１００円よりも少し生地が厚めになりますので、３００円均一がいいと思います。

番外編として、日帰りツアーの時は水筒があると暖かい飲み物を沢山買わなくていいですね。

あと、インナーの中はヒー〇テック的なものを着ると暖かいです。綿素材のＴシャツなどを中に着ると汗が冷えて寒いです。

あと、インナーの上にも休憩中は上着を着た方がいいので、お店に来るときのアウターをインナーの上に着ておけるものにするとよいですよ♪♪

休憩中はとにかく温まる！！これも大事！！

と、色々書いてますが、実はツアーの時に寒さに一番弱いのは私だったりするので、万全の防寒対策で挑んでいるのです(・∀・) ！

ちなみにですが、今年は暖冬とか言われていますが、海の中も水温がなかなか下がらないです。

例年より３度くらい高いような気が。。
